Individuals ages 18 and up.
How soon will I hear from you after I submit the contact form?
Expect to hear from me within 24 hours.
How much will my session cost?
The cost of counseling services varies depending on the type of therapy you need. I am able to accept some insurances. Please contact me directly to discuss sessions and fees.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, Light Vision Counseling is a telehealth counseling service. This allows me to meet with clients from all over New York State.
How often will I attend counseling sessions?
The frequency of counseling sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from more frequent sessions than others.
Do you offer a faith-based approach?
Yes, integration of biblical Christian beliefs and practices is available if requested.
